Rental Process / Acquiring Tenants

A meeting is scheduled with the property owner to set the monthly rental amount and to inspect the property.
We proceed to advertise the property, including entering it into the Multiple Listing Service. Therefore, allowing the available property to be seen by other realtors, interested prospects, and other sales, rental and leasing offices.
Viewing of your property is arranged for potential applicants.
Prospective applications are processed and evaluated according to our rental criteria.
If the applicant is successful, they’re notified, the lease is signed, security deposit and rent collected and then possession of the property is given.
Bills are paid, rent is collected and the proceeds are forwarded to the owner.
Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day seven days per week including holidays, through our approved vendors list.
Included with each check, is a monthly statement of income and incurred expenses. Additionally, an annual report with your 1099 is provided to you at the end of the year.
